alexander & the horrible, no-good, very bad day

Morning Yearning by ben harper from Both Sides Of The Gun

you know it's a bad morning when you wish you had broken something that would prevent you from going to work for the next 5 months; when you contemplate if you are going to be alive @ 65 to receive a pension that you are wasting your life trying to attain; when you wish you lived in a cave where seeing a person is not an option; when you wonder if every guy that enters into your life is meant for someone else connected to you, perhaps because it had shown true in the past; when you cannot even enjoy the music and dancing & passionate atmosphere because a conversation is lingering; when your eyes are filled with sand that is perhaps the dried-up remnants of years of salt-filled tears; when you don't know what to say, who to trust; when you are stuck in the corner of a depressing office room & the only interaction you have is with a co-worker named 'viewsonic'
yes, sometimes, the grass is greener in australia
